In today’s fast paced digital society, students are now more than ever interested in finding their place in and making sense of the ever-changing world around them. This session will explore a variety of mentor texts and protocols to engage students in authentic reading, listening, viewing, writing, speaking and representing. Participants will leave with strategies that empower students to explore, question, connect, evaluate, critique and make meaning.
